We only deliver window security products to mainland UK. If your location is not listed, please contact us on: 0161 413 0766 to discuss your requirements.

All of our window security products are made to measure, therefore, we would need to assess what stage the product is at before we can determine whether are not a refund can be issued. We will not accept a cancellation of an order once work on your order has commenced.

All orders of window security products are made to measure and lead times vary according to delivery address, size and quantities ordered. On average, orders will be delivered between 5-15 working days from date of order.

Orders of Hammerglass take slightly longer at 15-20 working days from date of order.

Please note that that these delivery dates are estimates only. We will endeavour to deliver goods and perform services at the times and dates given, but we do not accept any liability whether consequential or otherwise for any losses or additional costs incurred by you which results from any delay in delivery of goods or in performance of services.

It is very important that you check your goods before signing for it from our couriers. If the packaging or goods are damaged then ensure you refuse delivery of your parcel and contact us on 0161 413 0766.

All orders of window security products are made to measure and as such, returns cannot be made once an order has been placed, unless due to damage in transit.
