Vandalism Bill for Scottish Schools tops £4.5M

A Freedom of Information Request by the Scottish Conservatives has revealed that the bill for taxpayers repairing vandalism in Scotland’s schools alone has exceeded £4.5million in the last five years.

Leicester Primary School Forced to Close Due to Vandalism

Braunstone Community Primary School in Leicester has been forced to close for a whole week as a result of vandalism.

On Monday 3rd January, intruders broke into the school, smashing around 45 windows and doors, causing thousands of pounds worth of damage.
